From a large selection of impulses that you can implement in everyday life or for which you set aside a specific time window, you choose what inspires you, makes you curious or triggers a slight feeling of discomfort in you because it challenges you or something completely new and unknown
You allow yourself to be guided by these impulses and put them into action - and discover new sides of yourself
You share your insights or experiences if you like on the online platform
As you follow your impulses, a new image will gradually emerge, which will become visible online, step by step, to everyone who takes part
Together, everyone gets involved and brings new colors to the entire co-creation, while you get to know yourself anew and are supported by the others on your journey

My Vision

As a qualified psychologist and artist, I combine creativity with experience-based knowledge, intuition and the wisdom of the body. In my studio in Switzerland, the Soul Alchemy Lab, surprising and transformative things are constantly being created. I also lead global online co-creations, give on-site workshops and am active in mindful energetic body work and neuroregulation.

My vision is to create spaces in which we have the opportunity to express ourselves freely, to rediscover ourselves and to live our uniqueness. So that our individual ideas and visions are given air and space to develop, gain ground and can be implemented. This is to do something for yourself and at the same time make a contribution to the bigger picture and to explore our world together and create new things by inspiring and supporting each other and everyone can go their own way.
